RECRUITMENT for NOVUM PHARMACEUTICAL RESEARCH SERVICES Novum is a Contract Research Organization ( CRO ) providing research services to the pharmaceutical industry. Novum shall have sole control in regards to whom they allow to participate in their research programs. Novum will furnish all applicants with general rules of conduct which must be adhered to, to remain a particpant. Novum is soley responsible for payment of the participant other than the Handy Dollars Bonus. ( currently $25.00 gift card from Smith's Grocery Stores). Novum generally makes a partial payment to you at the end of each study period and for each return visit to the clinic. Full payment is generally given at the conclusion of the final stay or visit. Novum may revise this policy at any time. Be certain to ask during your initial screening process. Participation payment rules are goverend by Novum and not by Handy Dollars. Handy Dollars Bonus payment to you ( currently a $25.00 Smith's gift card ), is paid by Handy Dollars and not Novum. Handy Dollars Bonus payments are mailed on the 14th day after you have successfully finished the final portion of your study with Novum. If for any reason, as determined by Novum, you did not successfully complete the entire study, you will not be eligible for your Handy Dollars bonus payment. Your Handy Dollars bonus payment will be mailed to the address you submit to Handy Dollars which must be the same as the address you have on record with Novum. Novum participants refered by Handy Dollars are eligible for one ( 1 ) Handy Dollars bonus payment only. If you have participated in a previous Novum study, at any time, you will not be eligible for the Handy Dollars bonus payment. You must inform Novum, at your initial screening that Handy Dollars has referred you to them. If you do not, you will not be elegible for the Handy Dollars Bonus payment and no Handy Dollars bonus payment will be paid to you. You must notify Handy Dollars, via our website contact form if your address has changed. Handy Dollars will not be responsible for lost or stolen Bonus cards nor will we be responsible for participants not receiving their bonus cards due to participants failing to notify us of their changed address.
